1 General Terms & Conditions

1777ebt (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between 1777ebt and its members.

By using any 1777ebt service — gaming, betting, bonuses, or any other feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 2 Account & Registration

To become a member of 1777ebt, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Providing false or incorrect details gives 1777ebt the right to close the account at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Important rules that apply to all members:

• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• 1777ebt may request a copy of your national ID or passport for account verification purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact the 1777ebt support team immediately.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

1777ebt supports financial transactions for Bangladeshi members via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• 1777ebt does not charge any transaction processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, 1777ebt reserves the right to freeze transactions and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

1777ebt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This condition varies for each bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One Bonus Per Person: Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.
• If multiple accounts claim bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses cancelled.
• 1777ebt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1777ebt are considered final. Cancellation after a bet is placed is limited and only permitted in accordance with the platform's own policies.

• 1777ebt supports both pre-match and live betting for Sports Betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1777ebt reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In casino games, results determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.
• Any attempt to exploit a software error or game bug for gain will result in all winnings being voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1777ebt. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Helping minors (under 18) open an account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit the system.
• Using another person's account or making payments through a third party's payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking methods in betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members on the platform.
• Copying, redistributing, or misusing any intellectual property belonging to 1777ebt.

7 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned upon closure.

1777ebt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during the account verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity or potential fraud.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

1777ebt is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure, though we always aim to operate with transparency.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

1777ebt takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Any information we collect is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• All data is secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed in response to valid requests from legal authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

1777ebt provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform fully operational at all times, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances.

• 1777ebt is not liable for any financial losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability.
• 1777ebt will not be held liable for any game or bet lost due to an internet disconnection.
• In the event of a dispute, the maximum compensation is limited to the value of the bet in question.

10 Responsible Gaming
